We traveled up from Georgia to look for a house that would fit our needs which was a tall order due to many pets and livestock that would be making the trip. What seemed impossible to us having looked on the internet for several months prior to the move was not an issue for Mr. Hauge. Our needs seemed personal to him. He went above and beyond our expectations. Due to our schedule he even met us way before and beyond average working hours. We were on a limited time frame and only had a couple of days to find a house. Mr. Hauge knows the business, the area and the locals. He is well known and respected. He is a tough negotiator and his skills got us into a dream farm house that filled every requirement and then some that we had that was well below our budget which freed up some extra finances. Once the contract was signed and we settled in Mr. Hauge returned with a very nice house warming gift and to this day he maintains contact with us and is a dear friend.

Bobby took time to look into many homes for me to purchase and accompanied me to look at the homes. He never skipped a beat even when he was out of town. Bobby was patient and understanding since the home I was interested in the sellers were loooking at a short-sale therefore Bobb was in touch with the sellers realtor on a weekly basis to keep up on the process and check te status of the sellers pogress. Bobby is a great and honest individual. I recommend him to everyone.
